Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling Time

All artworks and ceramic sculptures are prepared for shipment with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Original Artworks & Ceramics: Please allow 3–5 business days for me to securely pack and prepare your original piece for transport.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces: Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the complexity of the piece and drying/curing times. Estimated timelines will be discussed individually before work begins.

  • Art Prints & Posters: Prints are made-to-order or carefully rolled and shipped within 2–4 business days.

2. Worldwide Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

I ship worldwide from my studio in Kyiv Oblast, Brovary, 07401, Ukraine, using reliable international courier services with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • USA & Canada: 10–21 business days

  • Rest of the World: 14–25 business days

Please note: These timelines are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or international holiday seasons.

3. Packaging & Fragile Items

  • Paintings are safely wrapped in professional protective materials, guarded with corner protectors, and placed in sturdy custom cardboard boxes or crates depending on the size.

  • Ceramic Sculptures are wrapped in multiple layers of shock-absorbing materials and double-boxed to guarantee maximum security during transit.

  • Art Prints are shipped flat in rigid envelopes or rolled carefully in heavy-duty protective tubes.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the artwork, and the destination country.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. The buyer is completely responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. KET WHITE is not responsible for these charges and has no control over delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or if the tracking information stops updating, please contact me through the Connect page. Since all shipments are fully insured, I will open an investigation with the shipping courier to locate your package or resolve the issue.
