Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting independent art. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because my studio offers unique original artworks, fragile sculptures, open-edition prints, and custom creations, different return rules apply to each category. Please read our policy carefully below.
1. Original Paintings and Ceramic Sculptures

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including secure packaging and tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Artworks

All custom orders and pieces created individually to your specifications are final sale.

Once the production or painting process has begun, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
3. Art Prints and Posters

Prints and posters are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4. Damaged Items (In Transit)
Artworks and ceramic sculptures are packed with the utmost care and are fully insured.

If delivered by courier / at the post office: Please inspect the package upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the artwork, please report it immediately to the courier or post office staff and file an official damage report.

If delivered to your doorstep: If you find the artwork damaged after opening, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging (including the box and all wrapping material) so I can initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company.
5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
